Jobsite board

Sample multi-family board — Building B · United States (demo project)

Permit BP-2026-44108 (demo)

Phone-first for the crew. Full board on a computer in the trailer. File reports · message the building department lane · schedule inspections — wired so stop-work items stay on top. A person owns every status. United States · data stays on this device.

United States · jobsite board

This is your team’s board — not a login to any city or county system. Copy, email, or print packets for real offices. Open format project packs (.lpin-jobsite.json). Your data stays on this device until you export it. Other countries will ship as separate versions later.

Sample board. Walk the wired lanes, then start a blank jobsite for real work — or open .

Plain-language key + field rules
  • Active reporting — Live field updates with priority, not end-of-day paperwork only.
  • Wired — One action creates a record in another lane (report → message, inspection → message).
  • Stop-now (P0) stays visible until a person closes it — mark-seen is not fixed.
  • Failed inspections and open P0 block “all clear.”
  • Wired lanes keep report → message → inspection linked on your board.
  • Building-department lane is a team copy — not a city login.
  • United States build; project packs are open JSON you control.
  • Building department — City/county desk that issues permits and sends inspectors (team copy on this board).
  • MEP / rough-in — Mechanical, electrical, plumbing inspection before walls close.
  • Project pack — Open .lpin-jobsite.json file you can export/import between devices.

Who you are right now

Superintendents, trades, and safety on site. Report problems, message the building department lane, and request inspections.

All clear blocked — open gaps stay visible.

  • 2 stop-now (P0) reports still open
  • 1 stop-now report not wired to the building department
